Private Company Assets in SEC Filings

Are you searching the Securities and Exchange Commission filings for names of officers in private companies that sell securities? Search by name for officers and directors in businesses incorporated in states but not publicly traded — including the often obscured principals in LLC’s. The SEC allows non regulated companies to sell securities without having to register the securities with the SEC but instead file a “Form D.” The form lists names and addresses of the company’s promoters, executive officers and directors, current and past company name, industry, issuer size, sales amount, payments to officers and directors and, total amount sold and remaining.

If you’re doing a due diligence background investigations or an asset evaluation, search by personal name to find associates, additional company involvements and locations of businesses and financial activity. Get additional investment overview from FindTheCompany.
