Courthousedirect.com, an online supplier of county Recorder document images, has updated its site, improving the navigation and adding a few new products. Some Recorder indexes that are not available at the county website can be found at Courthousedirect. Now, if there is absolutely no Recorded documents index, despair not! There’s some solace for those who only need property ownership and recent property transfers. A Property History is searchable by individual name. There are a limited number of counties but it’s a good start.
