The findarticles.com web search returns current and historical aviation accidents and incidents reports for free that are fee-based at the site of origin, Aviation Today. I did an advanced search with the terms “accidents and incidents”, limited by date range. See the result. Conversely, the Aviation Today website charges a fee for the search results. Their site also has free content on various aviation topics and news.
