This site could be better than ZabaSearch for getting a full DOB associated with a name and city, or finding the locale if you know the name and date of birth.

The best source for this person’s date of birth is their birth certificate, which you could get from the state Office of Vital Records or at the Recorder’s office in the county where she was born. They might even look this up for free or provide an index that you can do the same. The “free” Internet sites won’t give you a full dob.
I am trying to find my 94 year old stepmother’s dob for FREE. It seem all sites say “free” and then require a fee.
Is there a way I can find it really for free?
