The Iowa Gazette Online has an extensive series on the flaws in the State’s Sex Offender Registry.

The addresses of nearly one in four high-risk sex offenders on the list police and the public use to track them in Iowa are incorrect, a six-month Gazette investigation found.

The challenges of finding appropriate housing and employment, as well as the lack of psychological services available, is examined.
